7 years ago Putman from Duiven already bought a beautiful Kinshofer Re-Handling Clamshell Bucket with cylinders.
Now Putman from Duiven has invested in a beautiful Kinshofer HPX grab.
The old grab had a central lubrication system powered by the grease pot of the crane, but the new low-maintenance HPX grab
has an oil bath with two pistons and two axles with helical teeth.
Four moving parts thus drive the grab, resulting in constant closing force and ideal closing curve of the scales.

In addition, the scales are interchangeable so Putman can always choose for special scales if another product has to be unloaded.
With the HPX drive you save 30 grease nipples and 30 bushes and 10 pins that needed to be lubricated and could show wear.
Putman was charmed by the old dimensions of the grab for loading the cars and filling the funnel, therefore the dimensions were exactly taken over in terms of height and also the height remained exactly the same through an increase on the HPX drive.
