Hydraulic sawing and grinding relieves staff

Rigter Handelsonderneming company from Eemnes has done several tests with hydraulic sawing machines,

Rigter Handelsonderneming has delivered an orange peel grab to Van de Herik from Sliedrecht for a stone project.
The Kinshofer orange peel grab hangs on a Liebherr 964 with a CW 55 wide bracket.
For the time being the orange peel grab is rented, but the drivers are so enthusiastic that there may be a sales construction.

It is a Kinshofer P51VHD-1500-5-h with a robust, fully integrated rotation and half closed scales.
Partly due to the thick pins and bushes and the cylinders with end damping, the service life is long.
As Van den Herik's machine park looks like, they are very economical on the material, in terms of lubrication and maintenance it looks very good.

After the purchase of several Kinshofer products in 2017 and early 2018, Rigter Handelsonderneming has now again been chosen to deliver.
This time there is a 3000 liter orange peel grab delivered to skip waste stone.
It concerns type P120VHD-3000 with semi-closed scales.
This orange peel grab has also been adjusted in the workshop in Eemnes to extend the lifespan and tool life.
The shells are reinforced on the side with round manganese steel and the points are welded with hard wire.

Van de Mheen Rail cuts rail bars

Rigter handelsonderneming has delivered a rebuild Demarec MQP 30 iron shear at van de Mheen rail. It is a used Demarec MQP-30 combi-jaw with iron-jaw.
Van de Mheen uses the iron shear to cut the uprights and overhead beams of the electricity network. On many routes, these networks need to be replaced
and this shear is the right tool for his work.
In addition, Rigter Handelsonderneming is working on making a railwayshear for the Demarec MQP30 Multi-Quick Processors. Due to the crowds,
this will be in spring 2019 and after which extensive testing must first take place.

Demo-time for the big HPX
